1. Overview
By placing an order on this website, you agree to these terms. NorthAlpine is operated by ClickCraft Ventures. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site after any changes means you accept the updated terms.
2. Products
We do our best to describe and display our products accurately. Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen. NorthPower is a compression shaping vest designed to reshape the torso, support posture, and smooth the silhouette. It is a garment product — results are visible while wearing the vest and may vary depending on body type, size, and consistent daily use. The NorthPower is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any health condition.
3. Sizing
A sizing guide is available on the product page. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for optimal comfort and compression. If your size does not fit correctly, we offer free exchanges within 30 days of delivery — simply email support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number and we will sort it within 24 hours.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in USD. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. In the event of a pricing error on your order, we will contact you before processing.
5. Orders
Placing an order does not guarantee availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if this occurs.
6. Cancellations
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled and shipped by contacting support@clickcraftventures.net with your order number. Once shipped, our 30-day refund and free exchange policy applies.
7. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
We take every customer concern seriously and respond to all support emails promptly. If you experience any issue with your order — including non-delivery, sizing issues, product dissatisfaction, or billing concerns — we ask that you contact us at support@clickcraftventures.net before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card provider.
Our team is available Monday to Friday and will work to resolve your concern as quickly as possible. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us is a violation of this agreement. ClickCraft Ventures reserves the right to contest any chargeback filed without prior communication by submitting evidence of purchase, delivery, our sizing policy, and our stated refund policy to the relevant financial institution.
8. Care Instructions
Wash on a cold gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry — air dry flat to preserve compression integrity. Avoid bleach and fabric softener.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website including text, images, logos, and design belongs to NorthAlpine / ClickCraft Ventures and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
ClickCraft Ventures is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use. Our maximum liability is limited to the original purchase price of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
